How do I use the Apollo wearable?
The Apollo app offers goal-based programs that improve energy and focus, heightened clarity and awareness, and promote relaxation and sleep. You can select from the goal-based program menu to begin a personalized program of vibration patterns designed to restore the body’s natural equilibrium.
Once you select a program, the Apollo wearable device will begin delivering waves of vibration to the body.
You can choose how long the program lasts on the mobile app.
You can choose how intensely you feel the vibration on the mobile app as well as with the buttons on the Apollo wearable. Apollo waves work best when the waves are felt, but not distracting to you.
